In Accordance with the NVM Protocol
The industry association NVM has, together with other industry organisations and the Ministry of the Interior, laid down agreements in the Covenant Improvement Plan Trust in the Purchase Process. Part of this is a revised sales and bidding protocol that will come into force on 1 January 2026. The HomeShow bidding protocol fully complies with this revised sales and bidding protocol.
In the bid log, each bid shows who entered the bid: the selling agent, the buying agent, or the bidder themselves. In addition, the bid log is automatically displayed in the bidding portal for bidders. The bid log is only shown after the date entered by you on which the bid has become irrevocable. You can enter this date when accepting the bid. You can also enter the purchase price there.
Yes, this is possible.
The Bid Log is only shown to Bidders who are entitled to access it. This specifically means that Bidders who have withdrawn their bid during the process or whose bid has been rejected by you as the Selling Agent (for example in the case of unwanted or incorrectly submitted bids) are not included in the Bid Log. Bidders who do not qualify will also not have access to the Bid Log.
Yes, you can automatically send the bid log to all bidders.
Yes, this is possible. Depending on the sales method, the Seller can view the bids live. In the case of a closed bidding procedure (sealed bids), the Seller, like you, can view the bids directly after the closing date from their own portal.
The Seller views the process from their own dashboard within the Bidding Portal. If desired, the Seller can choose not to view the bidding process. In that case, you do not need to configure access for the Seller.
No, there are no additional costs involved.
